Wealth & Empowerment for Women Initiative (WeWin) Stakeholders round table conference 2023 as convened by the Hon. Kafilat Ogbara House committee chairman on Women Affairs and Social Development.
Hon. Kafilat Ogbara gave the welcome address while the conference among other things created and fostered cordial relationships among the major key stakeholders in the sector, identified challenges faced, and formulated a sustainable policy document sector.

The event has in attendance women in governance, Legislators, Heads of Civil Society organizations, all key stakeholders,
The keynote addresses were delivered by Honorable Ministers: Women’s Affairs, Humanitarian Affairs, Health, Agriculture, Communications & Digital economy, and all of them highlighted the various problems faced in the communities, workplace, and everywhere that it mattered for women to be given a space of expressions, but from and the actions and inactions that have continue to limit their capacity and capability, also are experiences from male counterparts that has hitherto challenge them actually to change the narrative for themselves.

Policy Session 1:
- Identify current policy barriers
- create new ideas and models for humanitarian action and poverty alleviation.
- To co-create a more sustainable model for implementing empowerment projects
- a call to action and get the commitment of available stakeholders
A word of encouragement was echoed through the session where it was reiterated by the discussants to never give up on their advocacy for women’s inclusion in all male-dominated spheres of life because “what man can do woman can do better”.
