E2E Initiative Strategic Session with Founder HelpLine Foundation for the Needy, Mrs Jumai Ahmadu

The E2E Team on Wednesday met with the Founder of HelpLine foundation for the Needy, Mrs Jumai Ahmadu with the purpose of mapping out strategies for a mutually beneficial partnership between both Organizations. The meeting which saw the attendance of a Board member of the Initiative, Dr. Amina Aminu Dorayi (Associate Deputy National Program Manager, PATHS2) was heralded by the presence of the Honorable Commissioner for Health, Niger State, Dr. Mustapha Jibril.

Mrs Jumai Ahmadu spoke lengthily and extensively from her wealth of knowledge and as a woman well versed with the workings of Non-Profit Organizations. She spoke on the need for networking between both NGOs and other NGOs of like objectives, partnership with E2E Initiative on women development projects and taking advantage of national and International summits and conferences.

She extensively stressed that the need for networking and partnerships between Helpline Foundation, E2E Initiative and NGOs of like objectives cannot be overemphasized as there is a need for increased women to women engagements. She praised the E2E Initiative project #INVESTINHER as a laudable and sustainable cause but maintained that there was a whole lot more to be done.

The Commissioner for Health, Niger State, Dr. Mustapha Jibril praised the effort of the Founder and Director of the Initiative so far and advised both the Helpline Foundation and E2E Initiative to broaden the horizons of their projects to cover matters affecting the general public

In Conclusion, the Founder, Mrs Joy Anih thanked all present for their input in the session and promised that all that was discussed would be reviewed and selectively implemented.
